Chambers Group has a history of providing cost estimates and services on short notice which enables us to hold multiple Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with a variety of utility departments for long terms. As an example, our MSA with LADPW has been in place since 1993 because of our quality work and rapid response time. We provide the full range of environmental services – biology, cultural resources/archeology, planning and restoration – in such important areas as road repair, dams and water systems, infrastructure and restoration.
