The air quality impact analysis will be provided for the draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for in-fill development of the Mira Loma Commerce Center for the County of Riverside, Transportation and Land Management Agency. The seven parcels proposed for development will consist of warehousing operations with a limited amount of manufacturing. The air quality analysis was reviewed to ensure that emissions were properly estimated, all air quality impacts were identified, applicable mitigation measures were considered, and all requirements for such studies were met.

The project involved reviewing an air quality analysis for a proposed residential development on Tentative Tract Map No. 30155. This development was proposed for a 76-acre tract in Riverside County. The applicant’s air quality analysis was reviewed to ensure that emissions were properly estimated, all air quality impacts were identified, any mitigation measures that were applicable were considered, and all requirements for such studies were met.
